Your Personal Chef UK ASSOCIATE Membership is due for renewal.

If you wish to continue with us please fill in the form below and use the Pay Pal facility or send a cheque. Any members not renewing within one month will have their pages deleted and replaced by chefs waiting for inclusion. If you wish the page to continue without any contact details (referrals by Personal Chef UK Ltd only) You can still do this at the old charge of £80.00 per annum.

Personal Chef UK Associates League of LADY BUTLERS will be commencing training later this year. If you wish to register an interest please indicate here and leave your address and contact number. Classes will be run with 4 candidates each
and membership to PCUK Associates is included. More information will be announced later in the year.

PAYMENTS

For full associate membership with one page on Personal Chef UK's web site with links to your own site, Telephone and email contact and work referrals as suitable for your expertise and the area you cover, the cost is:

£250.00 via Pay Pal or cheque (made payable to Personal Chef UK)

For a listing approximately 8in x 3in with telephone contact only and no referrals from the Associates the cost is:

£80.00 via pay pal or cheque, (made payable to Personal Chef UK)

or £25.00 for 3 months. via Pay Pal or cheque, (made payable to Personal Chef UK)
