Ask for menu ideas and T&C's etc sent either by email or by post. Look through and plan what sort of things you would like. Ring or email the chef and get a quote, make sure you have an idea of dates and venue so the chef can price as acurately as possible.. Once you have decided on your date and menu the booking is confirmed with a 75% deposit with the final amount being paid on the day of the function. | Please read fully the pages starting from How to become a Personal Chef then follow the links on becoming an associate We only accept suitable applicants who are thoroughly reliable and able to work in the situations a Personal Chef finds themself. Having experience in PRIVATE SERVICE is a very good starting point along with Health and Hygene Food handlers Certificate and a good background in cooking/ chef training/ restaurant work. We do have very qualified and highly acclaimed chef's but not all jobs require Michelin Stars! Butlers are not glorified waiters. Our Butlers are always in demand not just for dinners or corporate events but also for shows and presentations. Many companies hire Butlers for certain seasonal presentations especially at Christmas. Most of the dinner party jobs are at weekends so you do not have to give up your day job. We have a training programme for Butlers starting soon. |
