Ask for menu ideas and T&C's etc sent either by email or by post. Look through and plan
what sort of things you would like. Ring or email the chef and get a quote, make sure you
have an idea of dates and venue so the chef can price as acurately as possible.. Once you
have decided on your date and menu the booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit with the
