Help with planning out ‘room settings’ to include:-
positioning of furniture  
window styling   colour schemes   
accessorizing with lamps/pictures/rugs etc

All the above can be charged at an hourly rate to just assist in being a ‘sounding board’ or we can completely take away all your stress of managing your styling for a percentage of your total spend.

 

FURNITURE FINDER

 

Not sure where to buy a certain style of furniture/kitchens/bathrooms/accessories and need a directory of information from our years of knowledge and experience to enable you to create the style you are looking for, we charge a finders fee for upto 10 listings.

 

TOTAL MANAGEMENT & PLANNING SERVICE

 

You’ve bought your dream home, it needs gutting, extending,
refurbishing where do you start, who do you call first?

 

We provide a complete design and management service which includes our team of Architects to plan out your requirements and designs along with Leighton Home Style who will carry you through to the completed  article.

 

Our fees are based on a percentage of your overall spend.

 

HOUSE DOCTOR

 

You are trying to sell your home that you have lived in for many years and the trends from when you bought your home to today’s standards have changed! Need help in making it look up to date with the current look at a minimum expense?  We provide that service that will assist you in selling your home more easily. We can charge an hourly rate or an overall management fee.

 

PERSONAL SHOPPER

 

Don’t have time to furniture buy/accessorise or would just like someone to go shopping with to help you choose the look you are creating, we are very experienced shoppers and know all the right places! We would charge an hourly fee for this service.
