I learnt my cooking from a
professional chef, who taught me many classic restaurant
proceedures.Since then however I have created my own style and
dishes. I have traveled around Europe and the Far
East, and being curious about how dishes are prepared have
made my way into numerous kitchens. I spent
a couple of years in France, where I started to develop my own
individual style of cooking: classic with a twist. I take
my food very seriously and I feel very fortunate to be able to spend
most of my time experimenting with ingredients and cooking techniques. I
am fascinated by the differences between various cuisines
and how you can combine ideas from more than one of them to compose dishes
of lovely vibrant colours, interesting individual tastes, delicate
textures - which I would like you to experience and enjoy.
I specialize in fish and shellfish dishes.
I cater for dinner parties or formal
lunches of up to 10 people and also celebration parties
and buffets.
Special dietary wishes such
as vegetarian, low GI, South Beach.
I am based in Kent, covering all
of Kent, East Sussex and South-East London.
