We run a small high quality gourmet seafood restaurant situated at a prestigeous Marina situation on the beautiful East Coast of Mallorca and our clientele is mainly a mixture of English and German, with the occassional Spanish or other nationality, tourists.
We are looking to employ the following people for the coming season Start 1 April and finish 31 October 2007.
- Maitre'D and a waiter/waitress
The successful candidate must have knowledge of the restaurant business, experience as a Maitre'D, waiter/waitress of a minimum of 2 years, outgoing friendly personality, be organized, have strong interpersonal skills, a knowledge of the English language a MUST, German & Spanish will be considered a bonus.

General Responsibility
Assist chef and co-workers in preparing foods by performing any combination of the following tasks Set-up and break down kitchen daily Prepare foods, vegetables, meats, breads, soups, etc.
Wash and store dishes, pots & pans, and utensils Help unload, move and store supplies Maintain kitchen, pantry, soup room, and walk-in cleanliness Conduct daily checks of equipment for safety, proper temperatures, cleanliness and good repair Assist in any area of kitchen or dining room, as requested by the head cook Must have a basic conversational knowledge of the English language
- Sous Chef
Requires to have no less than 3 years experience Must love to handle fish and seafood Must be creative Must have a conversational knowledge of the English language We offer a fun work environment attached to an attractive salary package and bonus system. |

in the Algarve, Portugal. It is actually a health club and will
be open all year round. The Club is called: Jardim Das Dunas.
The day chef will be doing 8am until 3pm, serving breakfasts,
